About Niraj Kumar
Lead Product Designer & Design Systems Architect designing mission-critical enterprise platforms, token pipelines, and AI workflows.
Operating at the intersection of enterprise product engineering and design systems architecture. With 8+ years leading UX across high-density SaaS, cybersecurity MDR environments, and manufacturing workflows, I specialize in translating complex system requirements into scalable, mathematically sound interface frameworks.
Multi-Brand Token Pipelines
Architecting 3-tier W3C design token pipelines (Global → Semantic → Component) linking Figma Variables directly to production codebases via Style Dictionary and custom Mendix SDK integrations. Eliminating UI debt at scale.
AI Workflows & CPQ Automation
Transforming unstructured enterprise inputs (scanned engineering RFQs, dense spreadsheets, nested BOMs) into validated, error-free order pipelines with human-in-the-loop review workflows that accelerate quoting cycles by 65%.
High-Cognitive-Load Systems
Crafting low-latency monitoring dashboards and visual condition rule builders for cybersecurity MDR analysts and factory QA engineers operating under intense time pressure and high alert volumes.

Road Trips, Photography & Side Quests
When I’m away from Figma and code editors, you’ll find me on highway road trips across the Western Ghats, testing camera gear on landscape stops, or exploring local food joints. Good design is about understanding real humans in real contexts—and getting out into the world keeps that perspective grounded.
